Zen 12 Advanced Meditation

After about 5 months of doing guided meditations, I discovered quite a few different things. One of which is a product called Zen 12 Advanced Meditation which is really unique.

I am hoping by now you have all had a chance to start practicing meditation in some form or another. That will be much more important in getting yourself started then what I am going to be discussing in this post.

Personally, I like guided meditations because I find that paying attention to somebody else works better for me. Without the presence of a voice, I start to think about the time and haven’t come across a way to stop doing it yet.

I want to point out a few reasons that it really doesn’t matter which way you prefer to do it.

Five Reasons Meditation Is Right For EveryoneZen 12 Advanced Meditation

The first reason is that you can gain benefits just by feeling the desire to make a change in your life. There is willpower involved with almost everything. This matters because you will want to pick a time and place to practice.

As long as you have created that little motivation in the early stages of meditating, you will be able to start to see yourself becoming more relaxed, less stressed out, and it does give you more general focus.

By gaining those feelings you will hopefully see how a more powerful approach will help you get even more from your routine.

Now, I don’t want to lead anyone astray and in the beginning, the most important factor you can work on is your breathing. In fact, I would say that it’s the top priority because that is the one thing you can focus on which you control on and off.

The second reason is there will be questions that come up which need your complete attention to understand. Things that I found challenging include visualizations, understanding that the images you see in your mind are not the same thing as what you see with your eyes.

That one area has an enormous amount of information and what I finally found that helped was to learn to use the words to describe something.

When you are instructed to see an apple, you want to think inside your mind that it’s red, it has a core, it’s covered by a waxy slick surface, that it may have a stem or a couple of leaves.

This will allow you to see the image as you rotate it around and cover every angle. This comes as you are increasing your self-awareness, awareness, and getting comfortable observing things with your senses.

A third thing is about what you do with your body, how you sit, lay, or walk. Which is best or will it matter? For me it’s been about comfort, I want to be aware of my body and all its parts.

But not have to be obsessed with any one of the parts themselves. Like I don’t want to sit in a way that will put my foot to sleep, or a position that puts too much weight on an area so that it’s distracting in any way.

Figure out what works best for you and don’t be afraid to switch it up either.

The fourth area that comes up is what to do when you become aware of thoughts, aware of noises, awareness about any feelings you have.

I have had experiences where I had to let my breath catch up and it felt like I was almost within the reach of a panic attack. Here is the thing though, all of these are normal and it’s just about getting used to meditating.

You have to figure out the best way for you to do it. Sometimes you will have a busy mind and it’s even got a name called Monkey mind.

That just means you let it run its course trying to observe each thought and reminding yourself to breathe to attempt to refocus yourself.

Ten minutes of monkey mind followed by 20 minutes of silence isn’t uncommon. That is another thing that comes up, time.

The fifth reason to get comfortable is knowing how long you will even be capable of meditating. There is no wrong way to do it but the suggestion I see a lot is trying to add time as you gain experience.

This one can be tricky because what if you don’t have any time at all to keep adding. You barely have enough time to sit down and try to relax.

That is the exact thing I wanted to talk about with the Zen 12 advanced meditations because they are all twelve minutes long and make it simple to do even on a break.

Zen 12 Advanced Meditation Benefits

I wanna quickly mention that free meditations are everywhere and you can find an entire library of them on youtube. There is no excuse for you not to be able to find some that will get you started and help.

The problem with free meditations is that they aren’t necessarily designed any different than they have been for centuries. People are still using the same scripts to achieve the results that have happened in the past and it’s great.

But it doesn’t keep up with the evolving that your mind has done since those early days. Which is why there are better ways to gain faster results and remove a lot of the time restrictions.

This post I am just wanting to introduce you to another way to go when you have gotten yourself familiar with all the wonderful benefits that meditation has in store for you.

I can say this now because I have gained so much great experience just by utilizing the freebies of the net. As you may know, I don’t just look for average results, I want to save time and effort if it’s possible wherever I can find it.

So, I think if you get to know this Zen 12 advanced meditation product, you to will see the value. I have already mentioned it’s a time saver, and that is important especially if you’re super busy like I am.

The next major plus about using this is you will feel the impact right away. I was doing 30-45 minute meditations and thought my next step was to try an hour plus.

That’s when I discovered these twelve-minute sessions and was amazed at how they increased the experience for me within the first couple of days.Zen 12 Advanced Meditation

The Zen 12 Advanced Meditation system

Before you start the video, there are things you should know about this powerful system. It’s not recommended for complete beginners because you will not have the needed experience to concentrate your mind yet.

Also, there is no set amount of time you can spend on any of them, each session is designed to help you get the most out of your experiences. There are different ways to practice, one is guided meditation and the other is a relaxing music track.

By the time you get through them all, you will still be able to continue using them in any order or in any way that you feel like using them. 12 levels, 4 different tracks each level, unlimited email support, and money back guarantee for a year.

I suggest you keep notes on every session, that is actually the best way to do meditation anyways. Tracking your feelings, your thoughts and ideas are a great benefit to meditating.

Here is a video you can try for free right now. Let me know how it feels after you get through your first session.

Zen 12 is advanced brainwave entrainment

What is brainwave entrainment you are probably wondering? It’s a science-backed form of learning that over the past one hundred years has been gaining a lot of support.

Extensive research has shown that by tracking deep level meditations of high-status monks it’s possible to stimulate the exact brain waves that are needed to achieve their results.

By practicing meditation using this new approach, you are going to be able to spend less time meditating and more time doing the things in your life that make you feel at you’re best.

Like I have said this is for people who are wanting to gain quicker results and it won’t replace your normal meditations. It’s designed so that you don’t need to do the additional work you will want to do when practicing mindfulness.

I plan on doing this a couple of times a day, once in the morning after I wake up and once during lunchtime. Right now, I am just wanting to let you know that I will be doing this experiment more often so that you can try it yourself and compare results with mine.

  1. Thanks Eric, I will look into these and start on some kind of schedule for Meditation.

  2. Eric,
This is all new to me. I think I will try some free stuff first. Which of the free ones would you start on before you upgrade to the Zen 12. I need to do something as the free video was so soothing to me.

  3. There is no reason to rush to do anything different. I would suggest you get yourself comfortable and following a routine before you look at something else. Zen 12 advanced meditation was something I knew about and didn’t start trying til I had experienced all the free ones I could find and decided those were taking me longer to get where I thought I could go.

Once you understand what it is your looking to gain, you can make that decision easier and I have noticed a lot of promise just by trying out the system for a week. When you’re ready just come back here and click the buttons I have provided that will make things really easy to start you off there. Also feel free to ask me any questions you have about it and I appreciate you taking the time to leave me the comment.

  4. I am definitely a beginner in meditation. I have only just started with my own technique of just simple counting. It does work and it helps me stay relaxed and my mind doesn’t wander near as much. But, I am curious how I go about going from this stage, to a more advanced stage. I think this is something that would really help me. Thanks!

  5. That’s the beauty of the zen 12 advanced meditation, it saves you a tremendous amount of time. Over the course of a year, you will continue to make big strides of progress that will stay with you and allow you to live life better than you do now. I appreciate you taking the time to comment and hope to hear from you again. Thanks, Mick.

  6. Nice webpage on meditation. The video got me to relax and I could feel the stress leaving my body. I became more relaxed and attentive. The music, the guys voice and the sound of the waves did it for me. I wish I had more time for meditation as it is good for beating the stress.
