Once You Experience Freedom, Life Changes Automatically!

My last post focused on freeing yourself from self-destruction and loneliness. This one is what happens next. Once you experience freedom, life changes automatically.

What I mean by that phrase is when you know how you will strive for something different, you can get going on a few small things each new day.

A new day means a new opportunity to work on something important to you. That is how you will find more money, more happiness, more pleasure, more thrills and more people you can connect with.

After all, connections are the focus on helping somebody that you know is suffering because you used to suffer too.

Today is a great new day to accept the challenges I will find today because I am ready for something to truly test my patience.

It is what builds the strength you have to face and conquer your biggest obstacles. This way of living unleashes what you have bottled up on the inside which will empower you again tomorrow.

The point of believing that tomorrow will come isn’t so that you only look forward to that, nope. It’s about doing all that you can do today to make that new day even better.

Change Your Mindset Today So You Can Enjoy The Next One Even More!

Ask yourself how you are doing after you wake up and after you see what kind of to-do list you left yourself, this will allow you a chance to complain or to build motivation.

By picking something each day prior to starting your work, it will make everything else seem more significant. I don’t recommend you take the chance to complain because that will likely lead you through a bad day.

That means the second choice is my suggestion since you can do it a couple of various ways. One is to record why you are grateful for this day and what you can learn.

By taking a few extra minutes here you set the pace of what happens. You either choose to make things difficult or create the attitude that you are thrilled that you have this opportunity.

It really doesn’t take a whole lot of extra effort either because you are teaching your mind that you want things to be simple.

Another is to write down what you need to solve so that you can get yourself prepared to do the work even if it’s something you know will bore you to tears.

Many people start there day with the one thing they know will feel great to not have to do later. Instead of seeing it on your list and trying to convince yourself to do it, you jump right on it and do it as well as possible.

So what if it’s not what you think is your best way to start your day. The point is to get the harder things done which will make you more excited to continue doing other things.

Instead of trying to figure out a way to avoid doing something, you say what the heck I will give it all I got. Then you can enjoy a break, know that it’s outta the way, and focus your mind on things that are more enjoyable to do.

A third option is to look at your chance to practice something which helps you and another person to enjoy a moment. For instance, some people just like knowing that you remember something they said.

This can be shared through a story, an anecdote, a quick hey thanks for that information I found it to be very helpful and why it helped you.

How you do it is even up in the air because notes are appreciated, website comments can be enjoyed, even a quick little smile, while you hand something to them, can be very useful.

Find a few people to share a moment with each day and you will notice some kind of change in the way you view the things you must do.

Another quick present you can offer is a coupon to a favorite food joint, a piece of candy that you know they like, a funny cartoon, video, and even a reminder that today is some weird holiday in Canada.

First things first but with the right mindset going on you can start to see how a simple change in you, benefits everyone. That it doesn’t take a lot of effort to make an entire audience start to look forward to the things that you bring up.

For this reason, I try to start each day knowing who I want to meet. When it’s on your mind and is something positive you will find it helps change the entire course of events.

An example of doing something for the good of others is when you learn who received the thrill. The cashier at your local grocery store benefited by a little gift you gave.

Soon that person shares something with another customer who decides to give something to their boss. At the end of the process, you learn that these people all wanted to find out where things started.

So, inadvertently you get some high paying opportunity from an anonymous do-gooder. It may seem far fetched but the media often reports on waitresses who receive unexpected big tips because for some reason it made the day of others.

Wouldn’t it be a memorable story that could go on to significantly change the community you live in? Before you know what is happening your blog is getting a spike in positive comments which also means traffic and perhaps even conversions.

In case you are concerned you can even look for these kinds of stories to share with an intent to influence others to do the very same things.

Many times all that is needed to sway a person is a simple story of a positive experience. But, the same thing can be true for a negative which could impact you in terrible ways.

This is one great reason why taking the time to make a to-do list can result in a much better tomorrow.

I Am  A Member Of A Community Where These Things Happen All The Time

I know that I have mentioned this before but this is actually a part of my life story now. How one tiny comment got me to change from giving negative comments to become a person willing to observe what they say.

So, I was in a private conversation talking to a fellow member. She was sharing with me how things were improving in her own life based on a new medication she started taking.

This led me to ask about what it was so I could discuss the option with my doctor. But unintentionally it was also pointed out how I had been behaving which could be changed.

Not everyone likes to hear criticisms but there are softer ways to bring up the topic. She was able to do this in a stealth ninja kinda way but it got me to start thinking of what else I could alter for the greater good of my life.

That is one of the main reasons I wound up creating this site. I needed to go through more of an in-depth self-evaluation so that I could find more problem areas that I could eventually work on.

When I got going down this path, I noticed that the way I was feeling was getting much easier to handle. At this same time, I was still battling bouts of depressions where there had been more bad days then I liked to admit.

Well, as a result of our conversation I got really busy wanting to learn all the steps I could take to complete a full transformation.

This is what I have been doing since mid-November of 2017, working on this website because I still know I will be working very hard to go through all of the same steps that I discuss on this site.

I don’t know what would have happened to me if I hadn’t joined the community that I belong to. But my previous experience before that was being involved in something I didn’t like at all.

That is the point I really wanted to make here because you will be surprised just how easy it is to have things change for the better. I hope you enjoyed this post and be sure to let me know what you think below.
